Brilliant heart surgeon, Naseem Hamed, performs his wife's heart transplant in an emergency and is sued by her father when she dies.

A broker for black market organs then approaches Naseem to perform an illegal heart transplant- by harvesting an innocent man's heart - to save the life of a wealthy and powerful Saudi prince. When Naseem refuses to be complicit in murder, the broker kidnaps Naseem's daughter and Naseem must perform the operation without error in order to save her life.
