When Lynne's plans for Huan's 29th birthday go awry, the two lifelong friends find themselves on an unexpected, joint adventure.  As they wade through the waters of the fallout of their actions, they are forced to make tough decisions regarding their future.  Will they be able to sift through budding careers, simmering romances, meddling family members, reappearing exes, and clashing cultures to figure out if 'Happily Ever After' is as great as everyone else keeps telling them?   Or will Fate, that fickle mistress, have other plans for the two?
