Jeremy, a doctor aboard a pirate ship, discovers the true nature of his captain: a powerful, but reckless man, driven by his own ambition and power. Despite Jeremy's warning, the captain leads his crew on a dangerous path, resulting in a fierce battle with other pirates that leaves them stranded on a deserted island. Wounded and close to death, Jeremy is barely able to survive the ordeal, but just as he thinks it's all over, a mysterious figure appears, providing a glimmer of hope in the midst of the storm.
