In a distant future, the world's miniscule population of mutants is all sent to one place to live their lives "free from discrimination", in "safety" and in "harmony"; at least that's how it was advertised. This community is named "Strange".

The newcomer to Strange that everyone is talking about is the siren that goes by P-Kim. She's managed, within the first week of her arrival, to bring people together when all that Strange had seen was anarchy and bloodshed. But her pacifist approach and friendly smile won't get her anywhere when the dark intentions of Strange itself starts to bore its ugly head.
