I’m an Independent Author passionate about exploring the complexities of the human experience through word and language. Growing up on the West Coast, my love for books, reading, and writing was a constant source of inspiration and comfort, profoundly shaping my creative journey. My identity as a member of the LGBTQ+, my mental health journey, and my experience as an autistic person have also played a significant role in influencing my perspective and the themes I explore in my work.
My academic background in Arts, Humanities, and Philosophy drives the introspective and thought-provoking nature of my writing. I write with equally raw and refined emotion and authenticity, often drawing from my personal experiences to craft stories and poems that resonate with readers on a deeply personal level.
My debut collection, Melancholic and Other Poems, invites readers into a heartfelt exploration of mental health, tackling themes like despair, vulnerability, and recovery with a striking freestyle form.
With Philo and Other Poems, I expanded my focus to young adulthood, reflecting on love, loyalty, and society’s complexities in a way that captures the universal struggles of finding meaning in a modern world.
My latest and most ambitious work, Interrelation and Other Works, combines over 70 poems and 13 stories into an anthology that dives into the intricate dance between philosophical wonder, human connection, and emotional resilience. This collection explores dualities, pain and acceptance, light and darkness, while celebrating the interwoven nature of life’s beauty and struggles.
Across all my writing, I weave themes of feminism, self-discovery, societal structures, and the timeless quest for connection and understanding. Whether I’m blending abstract thought with natural metaphors or delving into deeply personal emotions, my goal is to invite readers into a shared space of reflection and discovery.
My works, Melancholic and Other Poems, Philo and Other Poems, and Interrelation and Other Works, are available now. I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with readers worldwide, and I hope my writing inspires introspection, empathy, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty of our shared experiences.
