   It's dark and late.. suddenly, what if you were kidnapped? What if a robbery spiraled out of control in your house? What if.. a group of gangsters surrounded you all of a sudden? This contest invites you to explore intense scenarios that challenge the limits of fear, resilience, and dark human interactions. (WARNING: IDEAL FOR READERS AGED 18 AND UP).

•> Guidelines📢:

- Genre: Your story is the genre of horror, crime, and drama.

- Theme and focus: The story should evoke suspense, tension, deep emotional engagement, manipulation, and creepy encounters and highlight the complexity of human relationships and survival instincts. Use your imagination or... your personal experiences.

- Length: The story should be between 500-800 words.

•> Judging Criteria📝:

- Creativity: Originality that you have never written before or your own traumatic unusual experience.

- Imagery: descriptions of creepy, scary, or traumatic that evoke strong visuals and imagination.

- Engagement: Ability to maintain and escalate tension throughout the narrative or recount.

- Character Development: Depth of characters and their experiences within the story.

   Winners will receive a medal based on the creator's pick, AND we will post your story on our original series, BERIES CRIME and HORROR Genre. (And we meant, all entries).
