It is hereby decreed under section 12 of the newly reformed ‘Esmarina Accords’ (hereinafter referred to as "The Accords”) imposed by Royal Assent of the International Guild of Fae that from September 1st, 2018 and all days to follow hereon that any and all beings indoctrined with abilities considered to be of supernatural nature as defined under s.2a of the said Accords, shall submit themselves for interview and registration with the relevant Guild to be added to the International Register for the safety and betterment of all Beings. Any being found not to be on the International Register shall be stripped of their freedom and if deemed dangerous, their abilities.
