Luis is the typical boy next door. He's a total cutie, an adorable sweetheart and an all around laid back guy, he has a best friend that sticks by him and he pretty much has a good life until he hears news from his single, professional photographer dad that he, his dad and little brother are moving away from the quiet and small city to the seaside suburbia town of California. All is well when he gets there until he meets his new next door neighbor who is the typical hipster with a cocky and nonchalant attitude. Luis wants to be friends with the hipster because he intrigues Luis but what happens when the hipster 'can't be bothered' with a boy next door like Luis?
