It's the year 4000. Everything's highly advanced. Then a mysterious Japanese company by the name of Kawii-tech released special uber-advanced androids called imitators. They're real life 3d anime girls. The programming is unknown as they're able to think independently, have artificial brains, hearts, and even blood. Artificial conciseness too. 
Derek is a bit uncomfortable with them.  Everyone around him seems to be giving up the idea of real women in favor of the imitators.  Friends seems to be encouraging him too.  But after a breakup with a human girlfriend some time ago, Derek isn't for it.  This  is a humorous story of his life in a world of high tech gizmos and anime girls.  Just what the hell is Kawii-tech?
