In the aftermath of World War 3, surviving nations united under the flag of the U.N to form the United Nations Federation as the Earth is invaded and nearly conquered just 3 years after the war. It came to be called the Human-Specter War. It lasted 4 years and claimed 30 million lives.
 Mankind celebrated but the peace was to be short lived as a another storm was brewing.
