Tobias Whitton has a normal life, with a good family. He is constantly bullied at school, so it's always a relief to be at home. A normal, non-magical life except for one exception: he has a pet monkey-like creature that can talk, whose name is Silas, a big ole' smart mouth. But either than talking to a "monkey" about all sorts of things, from daring each other to start a food fight in the North Pole with Santa to debating on wether clowns and mimes should rule the world, Tobias has a normal life. Well, that is until he and Silas get transported into different versions of their world. Both versions aren't very good, and can happen at any time depending on what decision The President decides in their world, the real world! Being apart, both Tobias and Silas must find a way to get back to their world, to their home, before it's too late!
