So the prompt idea came from a song, specifically two lines. But I really didn't feel like this belongs in the music category because taken out of context it can be taken different ways. 

Somebody cries in the middle of the night

The neighbors hear but they turn out the light.

Design a story with those two lines (or words since my typo) in mind. No word limit or rating limit, just have fun
