Kaiyo Sora Academy has been famous for its role model students ever since the early 1900’s. Every student would graduate on the top of Japan's roster every year, and each of its students would go to a first class college with extremely low acceptance rates. But everything changed after top-of-his-class student, Okimaru Rei died due to mysterious circumstances. Now, the school is run down, barely getting any funding from the government.​​​​​​​

The students run the building, the delinquents are the teachers, and god help those who stand up to them. The school has been sectioned into territories, led by different small gangs of students. But there's one thing the delinquents can’t control. 

The ever present population of ghosts.

Ghosts have littered the hallways ever since Okimaru passed away, all claiming to have died on the school grounds. This leads full-time member of the occult club Tsukiharu Agawa to dig further into the closed investigation of Okimaru Rei to find out what really happened to cause his death.
