In the pandemic's wake, several crimes involving juveniles have become rampant, and it has become uncontrollable, especially when the schools could not get the proper help from the authorities. That prompted one of Cata Pangan National High School's department heads to take matters into her own hands, reforming an underground organization that had long since disbanded in order to protect their students from harm.
