The man said, crossing his legs. “No. I like my name.” His once yellow eyes flamed into a bright purple. Annoyance. He put his finger on a name in the book he was holding. He uncrosses his legs and looks at Aruna. He shakes his head and drags his hand across the next page. Once again his hand stops, again he looks at Aruna. He did this for the next two minutes. Finally, he places the book next to him and takes a sip of tea. “Ebony Lynn Giselle Agustine. That is your new name.” The girl gritted her teeth. “Ha! That name is meant for someone that is not me, I don't mind my name.” She smugly looks at him, she doesn’t think that he’ll say much more. “It doesn’t matter, you can’t go out in society with that name.” She glares at him as he right back. She leaves the room and slams the door shut. Her purple eyes sparked at the sight of the blonde haired child. “The protagonist looks alot like her maid doesn’t she?” Irene put her hands on her hips and pouted. “Just because your hair is red don’t you think that you’ll be the one to inherit the title! My brother will! Brother Bran will surely be the heir!” Ebony’s eyes turned a bright orange, she was angry.. “Do you think I care about who becomes the heir? I don’t want to be here.” Irene had tears around her eyes, her maid had a grim look behind her. “ I don’t want to die. I’m not even in the story.. Well no.. Wait a minute.” Ebony ran in the halls of the estate and pushed any door that was the closest to her. “I think.. I think that I was a maid, I think.. I may have been a maid.. There were only two red haired girls. It’s a ½ chance that I'm the maid.
Moving could be heard from the corner of the room, Ebony glances towards the noise. “What do you think you're doing here?” A cold voice from the corner of the room came from her new “Brother”. “Sorry, i didn’t know you were here, i’ll quickly leave.” Ebony shifts her eyes away from her brother, Ebony walks to the door as she tries to leave. “It’s best not to get on his bad side. Let’s not get involved with him.”
