When she was a high school student, Nina Lin thought life after graduation was going to be great. Come life after graduation, she's found that living to pay the bills isn't a life worth mentioning, or even one worth living. And to rub salt in the wound, she reunites with some old friends whose lives are riding first class on the world's most expensive cruise liner compared to hers.

But with a little unwanted power, she finds that one of her old friends is riding the same boat in life as her.
