This book is a result of fantastic imaginary of my kids when they were eight and ten year old. They use to incorporate their amazement with people, places and news items in the characters and incidents of their story, but always in a positive way. I always wonder how their so chinese story can be perceived, not so nationalistic and patriotic one. But there they were, starry-eyed kids fantasizing world in their very different way. I hope this global place in their story, touch chord with other children too and nobody is infuriated with a world where Indian, American and Chinese children live in harmony facing other challenges of life, always bracing for each other.
