Here's to a 23 y.o. who is just trying to figure things out and see what sticks. Sometimes this will be just my thoughts from throughout the day and sometimes it will be poetry I wrote but don't want in my most recent poetry book I'm currently working on.

Avaz is a poetry book dedicated to love, i.e. disappointment with the fragments that love can leave us as a legacy, but it is also directed towards warm emotions towards dear people without whom one cannot live.. Thus, the author, guided by the youthful poetic arm of the male-female poetic dialogue, balances the conflict between these two opposing camps.. Her poetry is sometimes inspired by the philosophical questions of the existence of Pandora's boxes in each of us, and sometimes they are just short notes, lines, dashes caught in the passage of time around space.

An unlikely friendship began years ago in the lives of Allison Rivers, resident genius of the town even at the age of 11 and Jesse Hargrave star soccer player of the middle school team. Six years later Allison, Jesse and Allison's elder sister Lexie to a party to celebrate Jesse and Lexie going to College when summer is over. At the party hey play a dare game that could very well end their friendship.
