2. 每個人的創作之路不可能相同，不用與他人比較，所以才取名為自我督促。提供創挑平台是為了讓各位參與者有可以分享與互相鼓勵的地方，但很多時候我們只能孤獨地走自己的創作路，與他人比較不宜得失心太重。
3. 希望大家發文時注意提到的事是否與創作有關，之後如果有內文與創作相關度太低的，會先退還回草稿。前言說完了，下面是正文：本創挑是長期性企劃，所有想要讓自己的努力被人看到的同好都可以發表與交流。
