Many people stumble because we are different from them. We remain neutral on political issues. Let us be reminded that when we focus on human rulership, Yahweh would consider us rejecting him. Why? Politicians, activists, and reformers have long stumbled to find solutions to divisive issues over the course of civilization. For some of them, their efforts may have been sincere and well-motivated. However, we Christians must recognize that only God's Kingdom can solve mankind's problems and guarantee true justice. We must leave those matter with Yahweh's hands.
Society feel that we should be devoting ourselves to building schools, hospitals, as well as other social works. They become stumble when we decide to focus on preaching the Good News of the Kingdom instead of solving the immediate problems of this world. 165Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡFX7HaNXCff
What will help us not to become stumbled? Remember that the most important thing for us to be focusing on and maintaing is the work that Jesus commanded us. Let us not be distracted by the political and social problems of this world. We love people and care about their problems, but we know that the best thing we can do for them is to teach them about the Kingdom of God. We can use our best efforts to help them cultivate a relationship with Yahweh through the added teachings of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Mark 7:6-9 (NLT) ~ "Jesus replied, 'You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you', for he wrote. 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.' For you ignore God's law and substitute your own tradition.' Some people have observed that we don't participate in patriotic celebrations or customs that goes againgst God's Word. These people may be sincere and believe in their heart that God would accept us partaking in these activities. What will help us to continue in the fight of not becoming stumbled? Cultivate a deep love for God's laws and principles. If we love Yahweh, we will do our utmost best to reject any traditions and practices that displeases him.
