This is a song that I had a lot of fun writing. I loved writing a country song that was themed off of the great wild west murder mysteries I used to watch that was actually evolving peace movements throughout history. I don't know if it's any good but maybe it will be fun to see if you can pick up specific peace movements I'm referring to throughout it.

Forbearing the benefits of a shadow

By the stride in her steps her man ain't hitt'n' half as hard

She's got trophies round her neck

She's looking for respect

Flipping over chairs

And setting off the flairs

A sophomoric pair this town's Bonnie and Clyde

Rushing around town just to see that side

He's running from the feds

Guess his spirit ain't half as dead

Caught up virulent conversation

Guess she's just that type of Maiden

A dense yet shriveled man spends his time lurking around

Seems he's had some children but they're nowhere to be found

He's counting past the tense

Mooching of common of sense

Where could they have gone

That brings the scarlet killer in with his fantasies exposed

The self righteous sinning fakers

Useful to the world cold thirsty hands

Grasping onto the scarlet strands
