*Lorne's POV*
Ai ran off soon after she pushed me and I was left there frozen, unable to move, left with these thoughts that are a danger to me.
"Sh-sh-she forgot me? No, that can't be right? Ai and I were the best of friends, there is no way she could forget me."
"That's what I was trying to tell you earlier..."
I turn around to see the same girl for earlier, who had walked me out of the classroom to talk to me about Ai.
"Oh, it's you, ummm....."
"Mary, my name is Mary Lilywhite."
"Lilywhite huh."
"Just call me Mary."
"I'll stick with Lilywhite" She looked at me displeased, but made no complaints. "So, umm what did you mean by that's what you were trying to tell me earlier."
"She doesn't remember anything about her past life before she moved here."
"What do you mean? I don't get it?"
"She doesn't know anything about you or the school she used to go to at all. She only knows that she goes here and has assumed that she was here her whole life. We know nothing of her outside this life."
"But she remembers being 'Cupid'. How can she not remember me, but that she was 'Cupid'?"
"That's because when she came here, the name was already branded on her since the first day of school. Word got out that the famous 'Cupid' was transferring here. The odd thing is she is not the same girl she was, when I first met her. She is different and the group and I have not been able to figure out why."
I sit there shivering, she remembers nothing, not me, the school we went to, the end of our friendship.
Wait, she had said something to me before she ran off.

"Because of you I am getting memories that aren't even mine!"
*End of Flashback*
"Wait, she said she was remembering memories that aren't hers. That means she is remembering me."
Lilywhite shakes her head.
"She does not want to remember. A little bit after lost her memories she had episodes where she would scream and hide in a corner. We tried to figure out what was going on, but when we addressed this to her parents they explained that she was trying to remember the memories she lost."
"So she does want to remember! That means I can help her!"
"No, we told her that it was okay that she didn't remember, that she can just be the person she is now even without her memories. The next day she was completely fine, she never had any episodes, no flashbacks. We didn't understand why, but now we know."
Lilywhite then looks at me with a soulless look in her eyes, and the words she spoke crushed me.
"She rewrote her own memories to forget her old ones, she erased you. She doesn't want to remember you."* Lilywhite started to walk away after saying those words.*
I was mixed with fear, sadness, and anger. She erased me from her life, she purposely forgot me. I should leave her be, that's what she wants right?
*Flashback*
*Small giggles fill the air*
"Lorne, you can't catch me!"
"Yes I can Aiko!"
*The boy grabs her arm and the both fall under a tree*
"I told you Aiko!"

"I want a prize!"
"Hmmm, okay what is the prize."
"You don't have a nickname yet right?"
"No, I don't. How does this have anything to do with a prize?"
" I get to call you AI no one else just me! Because some day you're going to marry me, every bride has to have a name their husband only calls them!"
*The girl's face flushes, but then quickly she giggles*
"That's not how marriage works."
"But, then can I not marry you?"
*The girl shakes her head and smiles*
"No that's not what I am saying. You can't get married just because of a prize. From now on you get to call me Ai."
*The boy sulks*
"And when we're older we can marry each other."
"REALLY?!"
"Mhm, it's a promise!"
*The flashback ends with a image of the young girl smiling as well as the words "It's a promise." Lingering in the brain.*
"No."
*Lilywhite stops her tracks and looks back at me.* "Huh?"
"I said no, I will not accept that."
*Lilywhite sighs*
"Look I already told you-"
"I SAID NO!"
*Lilywhite freezes in her tracks*
"I refuse to believe that she erased me from her memory, even if she did I will make her remember. She is not allowed to forget me!"
*Lilywhite smirks and turns around*
"Fine, but don't expect me to just let you do whatever you want. I don't care if she remembers or not, if she does not want to remember I will make sure she doesn't."
*Narrator's POV*
*They both glare at each other for a while before one walks away.*
"I am interested in seeing on how you plan to make her remember."
"Simple, I am going to relive our lives since the day we met."
"Hah, good luck with that."
"I don't need luck."
*Lorne pulls out an old necklace that had a picture with a boy and a girl happy*
"I just need Ai."
