*Yawn* "Morning mom."
"Morning sweet heart, I have breakfast sitting for you on the table. I have to get to work now, but I won't be home until late." She kisses me on the head and starts to head out. "Have a great day honey!"
"Okay mom, you t-" Before I could finish the door shuts and my mom is gone. *Sigh* "You never let me finish."
I start to eat my breakfast until I hear a crash down stairs. I rush down stairs to see my dad trying to clean the broken glass on the floor.
"How many is that now? Hmmm... let's see, six cups broken this week?" My dad stops his tracks and turns with a guilty look.
"Hehe, oh come on it's not like I do it all the time. Besides it’s like the end of the week anyways right?"
I pull up a calendar and point to a specific date.
"It's Tuesday, you broke five cups yesterday trying to make a coffee cup tower." My dad finally stops bickering with me, and checks the time.
"OH! Kiddo you have to go, you'll be late for your first day of school. Go on so you can go meet your friends!" He says as he pushes me towards the stairs.
"Alright alright, but don't break anymore cups when I'm gone okay?"
"Haha okay, I'll be sure I'm extra careful on how I handle the cups."
I go upstairs to put on my uniform, after I am done getting ready I grab my phone and head out the door.
"Bye Dad!" I yell before I shut the door.
I head to the train station and put my headphones on, I start to play one of my favorite artists before I hear someone calling my name.
"Aiko!" I turn to look behind me and I see my best friend.
"Caroline, hey!"
"Did you hear about the transfer student?"
"No what about the new student?"
