Authors Note: Hey guys! sorry i haven't updated in a while, but as im sure you all are aware there's a lot going on in the world right now, so just kinda wasn't in a good mental state to be writing something readable, but im back now with issue 2! Enjoy~
Todd was sitting on the couch one day trying to understand this human television. Or, just trying to understand television at all. where he was from, being entertained was punishable by death; after all, Hell isn't meant to be fun. As he settled on a channel playing something that had a lot of strange looking people and animals running around, Annette stumbled out of the bedroom, knocking her hip on a coffee table. Todd instantly got up to help her over to her armchair, ignoring her protests.
"Todd, im fine! its just my eyesight is horrible and these glasses arent really doing much of anything..."
As he got her settled on her chair and switched the channel to those long soap somethings, he hugged her and said "i̷'̶l̶l̸ ̴b̵e̴ ̴r̶i̷g̵h̷t̸ ̵b̷a̴c̶k̸,̸ ̵o̵k̴a̴y̸?̶"
"oh, alright dear." she wasnt paying him any attention, she was too focused on the woman screaming harmonies at a uninterested looking man.
He went behind her so she couldn't see him, and quickly went back to his home.

Oh he hated it here, especially now he knew how much better the human world was, but he needed to get one thing, and humans didn't have it.
After walking for about.... he didnt know (time was a strange human thing that he didnt fully understand yet.). He found it, asleep on one of the lava rivers. he picked it up and went back to Annette's, hellhound in hand.
She was asleep when he returned, so he set the dog down next to her and got out some paper and a pencil and wrote in is blocky, (though improving!) handwriting:
Grandma,
I noticed that you were having some eye problems, so i got you a seeing eye dog. Her name is honey. I hope that she’ll help you when im not here. I have to go run some chores now, but ill be back soon.
