Plot
Desmond and Richard, long-time friends and roommates, have gotten themselves into some trouble. The long and short of it is, they need the money to move out of their ever-shrinking apartment, but are currently sitting under the shadow of a mountainous debt. Richard, however, has a plan—much to Desmond’s despise. His plan includes inviting Olivia to coerce their debt-ee, Winston, with her good looks and sweet tongue to give her the exact amount needed, so they can pay their debt and finally have a chance of moving. The problem? Desmond purposely estranged himself from the naive, good-willed Olivia after he and Richard set off on their…’new occupation’. And he isn’t exactly thrilled with the prospects of either lying to Olivia about the reason for the debt or admitting to her that he and Richard have become professional thieves…let alone endangering her in any capacity. But she does get sucked into their mess, and with no perfect results. Their “Last Job” turns into one of the longest nights of any of their lives, with lies, deceptions, and overall catastrophe at every corner. Does Olivia end up okay? Do Desmond and Richard succeed in their plan? Do things turn violent with Winston? Does Olivia discover Desmond’s true ‘career’? How does it affect their relationship, or at least what's left of it?
