Fara's POV:
I was under control of police department. Their filed charges of arrest against me in case of James Murder. I was locked under cell.I was placing my palm on bar of cell door and my head is pointing towards with guilty and angry to the floor. Then Maya placed her hands of comfort on mine,anxiety smile and her eyes filled with console she say"Dear, Don't worry everything is going to be fine. we know that your victim in this case and you are innocent. peter is in process to find history about that mysterious virus which killed James . Not only him but also others working on it. I will find best attorney to fight your case. darling court hearing will be in few weeks. I am helpless darling".
I slightly squeeze hands of Maya " Don't worry dear I am fine. I trust in my Allah . he will never and ever harm me.Please, say john not to worry about me and also my parents. anyhow john is out of station on other case, I don't like to give trouble him".
"you brat, you still think I will be cool when my little princess is surround within four wall of prisoner. Can you open the door of cell?. I want to meet my sister I have permission letter", john given letter with his left hand and removing his coat with right hand because it is very hot inside.
He enter into the cell,I jump on him and flow of water started to run like a trap and his shirt is soak with my tears. he rubbing my back for comfort. he broke the hug and allowed to seat on bunk beds.
"Bhai, I had not kill James but the video clip indicate me that I am suspect and also I don't understand what the hell injection was doing in my hand at that time. And bhai I am first one to say that James is alive , found that super mysterious basements by cracking each and every clue. how can this community and society will give badge of criminal and murder on my forehead. I had given important information and solve all the previous case of room 201 by providing proof . bhai I am helpless , please say me ...I am innocent bhai", with tearful eyes towards john.
"trust me ms.trouble I will get you hell out here. be brave darling..just wait I find evidence ", john stoke my head with smile which consists of sad and worry.
i was lying on messy bed staring at damp ceiling and my ear is always knock with sounds of mice at corner of the room. I was feeling nonchalance in current circumstance around me ,hungry sounds always knocking at my stomach but my soul was not willing to eat anymore.later, I step out from my bed when toe bash with cold floor small cold electric current passed throughout my body. I glance outside to ask a glass of water but no one was in cubicle. i was seating on gimcrack floor and deadly smell from the clothes. the days are flew whenever I mark the days on walls of prisoner.
Tomorrow was my court hearing day, I fall in sleep by thinking how will tomorrow is going to because till now no lawyer was willing to take up my case. I am helpless and alone but Maya promise me that he had sent all documents to a retire attorney whose grandson is willing to take up case but the chances are only 40 % because he was out of states.A small beam of sun ray from the window peeping in room and hitting my face which seems like I am having lukewarm shower. Then police lady open the gates of cell ,handle me mask and a cap to cover myself because their is going to be lot of media to make me headlines of today.when I enter into to the courtroom I saw my parents,john, Maya,peter and eddy had occupied front row of benches alone with them my few co-workers also come to court with faces of sad,curious,hate, console etc.. I was sitting at chair beside lawyers seating until judge will arrive. after few cycles of clock the judge had finally arrived and occupied his seat. order to start the case..
my oppose was famous criminal attorney Mr. David Garden says" good morning my honorable judge. on march 6 a corpse found on bed of green hospital located at st.Henry road. the name of person is Mr. James Manhotra the owner of Grand Motel Hotel . He dead was not a normal one but a murder. The Murderer was none other than officer Ms.Fara Kennedy who injected an unknown virus in James body to kill him. this crime scene was recorded in cc camera in room. Judge here is video footage of the murder scene. And with your permission I would like to invite Ms. Fara Kennedy in suspect box".
I was standing on suspect box then Mr.David started his interrogation" You had appointed as security officer for James protection. say yes or no?".
I nodded my head in agree of yes.
"why do you like James?", asked by David
I muttered my fist and yell on David"No, I had not killed James".
"order! order behavior yourself miss. by the way who is fighting your case?", asked by judge.
A sharp gush of helpless in my heart. I was praying to god to safe me by creating a miracle.Then court room door opened an young man in attorney fit walked into room . By seeing him everyone's faces in room was pop out with surprise apart john it seem like he know everything. Coming in case of mine knot of happiness and goosebumps of surprise. the person is none other than jay .
"Good morning Judge. I am sorry for late, My name is Jay Alexander the grandson of Kerry Alexander. I am Attorney beside of fara . Here goes my charge form.can I start my case". Jay with confidence attitude.
"Mr. David Did you check whether the video clip is real or fake?", Jay asked
"yes, it is real the laboratory results are out which gives positive respond", David By furrowing his eyebrow.
"Then I agree with you that Ms. Fara Kennedy is Murderer But she was victim in this case", Jay said
"what!" the tag was marked on everyone's faces including judge.
"I mean to say Fara had murder James But with unconscious mind that means she don't what was she doing . It like hypothesize by other to murder someone", Jay replied.
"Are you crazy ?who will hypothesize fara to murder James in case where she is alone in room", David with high pitch voice.
" I agree with you she was alone and not hypothesize ", Jay said
" then what the hell are you talking?", David with angry face.
"let me proof. Green Hospital consists of 5 floors and each floor consists of 5 cc cameras . 4 at corner and one in ICU room. out of 5 cameras only four was working on 3rd floor where James was room was present. To proof it I would like to introduced Mr. Nickons who was Head of Security in hospital in witness box".
judge node in agree. Mr.Nickons was standing in witness box.
"so, Mr. Nickons four cameras are in repair condition right?",Jay
"yes", Nickons
"when did you repair them ?", Jay
"On march 4 of this year. can I get video footage of 3rd floor since march 4", jay asked
"sure", he called his assistants asked his staff to play recording to his laptop.
"wait, I will ask you when to play. can I know call Dr.Winston who treated Mr.James", Jay said
"So, Dr.Winston when did James comes under your treatment and who bring him?", jay asked
"on march 4 afternoon and Ms.fara had bring him in bloody dreading condition. where his body was covered with horrible scars like nail dig in his palms, knife cuts etc.his heartbeat was also in very low condition". Winston replied
" when James was dead did you observe any knife cut or something else?", jay asked
"of course needle mark on his left hand. I think everyone are aware of it", by arching his eyebrow Winston replied
"thank you , I would like to call Mrs.Winston who was nurse in charge of James", jay said
"Mrs. Winston do you observe any strange behavior or something suspicious about fara when she was with James", Jay asked
"nothing wait on march 5 evening when I was dressing James, Fara was sleeping on nearby couch by covering her forehead with elbow . then I observe needle ,mark on her elbow. But I am shocked when I found same mark on James when he was fighting for his last few seconds which was not their on yesterday", She said.
"thank you Mrs.Winston. Now I would to like call once again Mr.Nickons in box", jay
"can you play footage on march 4 and march 5", jay asked.
everyone's eyes are glued on screen "wait stop zoom it out", jay order
"who is she? can please zoom it out more ?", jay asked
" sister Jeri who is working in our hospital", Nickons answered.
" I would like to call her on box", jay with expression that he had crack the clue.
"sister Jeri what are you doing there? why and what are you carrying in tray?", Jay with soft tone voice.
"nothing but food", she replied with arrogant voice.
"you are lying sister. according to your hospital rules no nurse had any right to enter into patients room when other nurse was in charge. Nicknos please Zoom out on tray. You are carrying injection not food. And according to rules nurse can carry only 5 injection in tray not more than that. Spell out the truth",jay yelled on her.
"I was forced to do such any incident. I got a call that a injection is parceled to my home and asked it to inject it to fara say to her to kill James. If I don't do it he will kill my daughter who was missing since afternoon of march 4 and also if I try to inform it to police he will my little princess", with tearful of eyes she replied.
"judge I had visited to crime scene. In dustbin I had observe incomplete injection 1/4 of liquid remaining in tube. it seems like somebody was in very hurry that there not give dosage fully. I sent that remaining liquid to laboratory where there found that it was same medicine given to fara before when his acted where weird that our team can't able to control her. it will take 14 hours to make person to be out of control and it act as hypothesize to do action what had said by other". jay said
"here are proof and paper regarding it. I would like to say fara was like puppet toy in dead of James ", jay concluded his points.
after few minutes judge said" Based on proof and clues I would like to say fara is now free and sister Jeri will be prisoner for 2 years for such crime. Court is dismiss".
I knee on my legs started to cry happy tears. my mom squeezed my shoulder ,I had group hug with my family members. Without waste an minute and don't care about location or people, I jumped on jay in such a way we both fall on floor.
"ouch! cat you are too heavy please get up from me", jay said by whispering in my ears.
I started to kiss him in such way that he deserve punishment. what do you say guys ?
