The human race was unacquainted with the creatures of myths and fairy tales. The Lost War changed all of that. When everyday life was bombarded by strange magic and mysterious races, the world soon knew that they had always lurked in the shadows. Elves blasted away city blocks and centaurs toppled over citizens. No one knew why these creatures decided to launch an global ambush, but the attack led to the destruction of the modern world. Some cities were rebuilt, some erased from history, and a few somewhere in between. Greymont became a beacon of peace, becoming the first city to have "unnaturals" and humans live and coexist. There was only one problem, Greymont had established a barrier between the outside world and the city. No one could see that the "Unnaturals" were actually separated from the humans under the jurisdiction of the Committee of Domestic Affairs (CODA), an organization tasked with running Greymont. As tensions rise in the city, every citizen feels the pressure. Join Valerie and Max: two black market salesmen tasked with illegal stealing magical items for humans as they are whisked into the middle of the conflict. Indecision, Morality, and the new and unknown world they find themselves in are only a few challenges that face them ahead.
