Why didn't I say it back when I had the chance. Every night as you tucked me in and held my hand you would say "I love you." The first time you said those words to me I felt my whole body warm up and all I could do was smile. Inside my head all I could think was " she loves me, she loves me." You saved my life. I would have died without you. So why is it (even though you meant more to me than anyone in the world) that I couldn't say "I love you" in return. Every day I wish I told you that I love you too, but I will never see you again. I guess now all I can do is continue to love you from afar. Even though you'll never know it, I love you more than this entire world.
