The day was August 10th, 2022, the day the Splatoon 3 Nintendo Direct aired. You were so excited, you had all your Splatoon merch right beside you, just waiting for them to announce the new idols. “HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!” An idol said. You were just on the edge of your seat, waiting to see who it would be. There she was. Shiver. The love of your life, your all time favorite idol. You were fanboying, you were giggling like Chris Chan when he sees his mother wearing a bikini!
September 9th, 2022. You finally got it. You looked everywhere to find their studio, and you found it. You took so many screenshots with her, you even glitched inside of the studio. Then, what happened next would change your life forever. Knock knock! You opened the door, and no one was there. You looked down, and there was an invitation to the “r/shiverism Hype House”! You were just in shock, and it had an address on it, so of course you went over there. Once you walked in, there were already a bunch of people there, and they knew who you were. Everyone settled into their rooms and on your way to yours, there was a knock on the door. “I’ll get it!” You shouted. You opened it, and to your surprise, there she was.
Her silky smooth hair, her beautiful red eyes, her soft, red fingertips, you put your hand in hers, and slowly and quietly walked her to your room, not to let anyone see you. You walked her to your bed, and you both sat down and you just started talking. Whatever she said, you weren’t listening, you were just staring deep into her eyes, you were practically hypnotized. Then, she leaned in to you, gently pushing you down, gripping your hands tightly and pinning them to the sheets of the bed, and your lips met. Your first kiss with the girl of your dreams. You couldn’t think of anything at that moment, so you just layed down, and you never wanted to pull away.
Knock knock knock! Shiver got scared and jumped out of the bed, and you fell off, with a loud BANG! “C-coming!” You said nervously “Quick, hide!” You slowly walked towards the door, waiting for Shiver to find a place to hide. You opened the door and it was Bones, the owner of the house. “Hey, how are you settling in?” He asked. “Good good, yeah, uh, yeah, good!” You laughed nervously and slowly closed the door on him. “Good. Well, enjoy your stay here!” He walked away and Shiver slowly came back out. “Is it safe?” She asked, as if it was the end of the world. “Yeah, it’s safe.” When she peeked her head out, You looked at her in the eyes and realized how much you finally have. You would leave everything behind just to be with her. And you did.
