Welcome! If you're reading this, you're probably either someone who heard I was starting a new story, or you're new to Penana. This is sort of like the FAQ, (really a lot of it is probably already in the FAQ), but it's my way of helping, and I like to feel useful. Hope no one minds...
So! What is this, you may be asking yourself? It's my version of a tutorial, really. Things I learned just by goofing around on the site for hours on end man I really should have read the FAQ but oh well what's done is done. And it's a shortening of that process for people like me who are really bad at noticing buttons (read: can't find the FAQ when they need to).
First things first: I recommend you relax. Because, really, you're already in a good place, full of supportive writers, ready to give back feedback if you ask, ready to collab, and not to mention all the societies we have! But, if you're reading this, you might be curious as to what all of those things are. Well, that's why I'm here! And as soon as I stop rambling, I'll get right into how to get around the site!
Right, I finally shut myself up. Always a good thing. So, let's get started, by showing you what you've probably already seen: the home page:
Let's see what we have here, shall we? In the top left corner, you can see we have options for seeing the mobile version, and right below that, the "Home" button. That will always take you back to the home page, no matter where you are on the site. It's a very handy constant to have. Then, in the same golden banner, we have an envelope, an exclamation mark, a pen, a notebook, the Penana logo, a picture of your avatar, a link to your hub, and a link to the societies page. Notebook: This is for all your bookmarks! If you want to follow a story, or really like a story that's already completed, you can bookmark it and come back to it whenever you want! It will also let you know when a story has updated that you follow!766Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡ4hKKwTLubA
