Really? That’s what she says to try and get me up? Luckily for her it does so I slowly get up to stretch as a yawn escapes. Ivy is my guardian as well as my manager. I should probably mention that I’m a well known Idol around the world. I’m Japanese but I grew up in the United States for most of my childhood. As I drench my pancakes in syrup I defend my actions. “Hey I may hate getting special treatment but that doesn’t mean I won’t use it if I need to. Ivy just smiles at my rambling. Honestly I’m really lucky Ivy is my manager. She’s really awesome and kind. Sure she’s scary when she’s mad but I know she really cares about me and not Mei the world's number one princess. It’s hard to find people who don’t have a hidden agenda and want to be friends with me for the wrong reasons. “Before we go, do I look okay? I dressed casually but I don’t look rich do I? I don’t want to look like I’m showing off or anything.” I decided to wear just jeans, a cream colored sweater with the words sweet written in cursive, and sneakers. I dyed my hair black with red highlights a week ago and it’s down to my shoulders with a hair clip in my bangs. I didn’t put on too much makeup as I wanted to look natural.

As Ivy and the principal talk I look around the school and from what I see it’s a nice school. Hallways filled with lockers and students rushing to class and talking with each other. And with that he gives me one last smile before leaving me alone. Sighing, I look at the door to my second period. Should I wait till it actually starts? Taking out my phone I check the time.
