"Hello? Is anyone there?" Valkyrie screamed. No one replied, nor no one realised she was there. Valkyrie panicked as she walked down the dark road alone. She felt chills, like someone was watching her. She didn't know that how will she trust her instinct.
As she walked to the main road, as it was surprisingly dark again. There wasn't any cars, just dark-colored houses, no lights. As a breeze blew behind her, she shivered in fear. She heard footsteps. "It must've been a stray cat!" She thought. She turned around instantly as another footstep was made. Instead of a stray cat, a man appeared.
He had jet-black hair, red eyes and a beautiful face. He has an athlete body that was covered in a plain t-shirt, covered by a black hoodie that has white stripes. The jeans he wore was blue, followed a pair of blue running shoes. He looked at her like she was a prey.
"So, your in the maggot world. Miss Valkyrie?" the man said, smirking.
"Who are you? And how do you know my name?!" Vallyrie cried.
"I met you since you were born, well. I was outside of the window, of course. Didn't you remember me holding you at midnight?" the man said.
"So, let me guess, your a demon?" Valkyrie said.
"Yeah! And I came to bring you to the underworld! Your father is waiting." The man said. Without any delay, he immediately ran to her in an incredible speed and carries her in his arms, taking her stuff and turns out to be flying before she knew it. His wings were black, and soft.
"So, we're going to the underworld? And what's your name?" Valkyrie asked.
"It's Zachary, call me Zach. Oh, and I thought you would scream out loud? That's probably what girls do." Zachary said.
"Nah, I'm used to be hung up on a tall tree for hours before my family let me down." Valkyrie said.
"Ah, so does it felt good when you left that house?" Zachary asked.
"It did." Valkyrie smiled.
After a few minutes, they arrived to an airport. The airport has a lot of tourists, walking around with their carts.
"So, this is the underworld? Are you kidding me?!" Valkyrie shouted.
"Don't shout! It may be dark but they can hear us if we speak that loudly!" Zachary warned. Zachary landed quietly at the parking lot, his wings folded together and dissapeared. They both lowered their heads as they secretly crept into the airport as secretly as possible. When the entered the airport, they stood up like a normal human. They went to the last airplane stop named ZXW24. There wasn't anyone there, and it looked quite normal. They went to the alleyway that was suppose to be led to an airplane, but instead, they found a big strange hole filled with water.
"Seriously, we're going to jump into that? It's so high up here!" Valkyrie said.
"It's okay, it's actually a portal that your father had opened, and these maggots thought it was some sort of breakdown because of the poor quality roads and had this stop abandoned, only demons come here to go back to the underworld, of course it's at night. And if your asking what the hell is maggots, that what we, demons describe these petty and stingy humans." Zachary said.
They both looked at the portal, and before Valkyrie even set foot to jump into the water, Zachary pushed her down. And he followed her afterwards with her baggages. Valkyrie closed her eyes, think that she might crash into that shallow puddle of water and get wet, or even break a few bones. After a few seconds of closing her eyes, she didn't get wet, nor had broken any bones. She opened an eye, and the other eye opened too.802Please respect copyright.PENANAFxWV2PX4tx
"Woah." Valkyrie said. The sky is blue, following the purple. The land is all made of black earth, and the city is full of bright blue-colored fire in floating jars, supposingly as street lights. The houses she saw were either blue color related or either black color related. There were many demons flying in the air, giggling happily. There were many glowing blue mushrooms on the black grass. Flowers of any kind you would not see in earth were there, the underworld was colorful and not as scary as the ones you would read in storybooks. Everything was lively.802Please respect copyright.PENANAKNqFmar8Qm
"Done dropping your jaw on the ground?" Zachary smiled. He grabbed her hand and brought her to the castle. It was big and colorful with gems anywhere, rubies to diamonds. And the castle was bigger than a university. 802Please respect copyright.PENANAx3E8DFIWXn
"First, you'll need to go to the headmasters room. Hurry on." Zachary said and left her baggages to her and left. She stepped into the castle, suddenly, she heard an announcement.
"Miss Valkyrie, the one standing at the entrance door. Please come to the headmasters office. It's at the second floor, to the right." The announcer said.
Everyone stared at her, whispers were made again. 802Please respect copyright.PENANAqkpsrF69dK
"She caused trouble at the first day? How awful." Some of them said.
She looked confused, like someone was watching her coming into the castle. She walked to the headmaster's door minutes later. She took a deep breath, and knocked.
"Come in." The headmaster said.
Valkyrie opened the door and looked at the headmaster. He had the same texture of black hair as she did, but his eyes were red. He looked at Valkyrie, as she seemed to be confused.
"Father?" Valkyrie asked, looking at him in the eyes.802Please respect copyright.PENANAPnnsMkubPy
