Last week someone walked up to me and said (and I quote) “if you really feel that way just go overdose, no one would miss you anyways.” And the reason this hurt so much was that being a middle schooler is stressful enough, especially since I have both clinical depression and social anxiety, and I really didn’t need to hear those words from anyone, and it really just gave me more motivation to harm myself.
