Mick had been noticing that Luciel had been acting weird around him. It was like the Price actually liked him.
But that was unlikely, right? Luciel only talked with him out of boredom. He flat out admitted that. But if that was the case then why did Luciel talk to Mick every time he got the chance? It just didn't make sense.
Luciel was also starting to talk to Mick like he was an equal. Which was surprising, especially when Mick found out how he used to treat his past servants. There was just something about Luciel that Mick liked. He wasn't as mean as everyone else said he was. In fact he was kind and caring.
Mick was starting to like Luciel a lot. Although he knew that was wrong. He shouldn't be friends with the prince out of all people. That was probably against the rules! Yet Luciel and Mick still talked. They talked on a daily basis.
Knowing that he could easily ignore Luciel, Mick knew he couldn't do that. They weren't doing anything wrong. They were just friends…. Or were they?
His last thought made Mick blush slightly. Luciel had been acting even stranger around him and started flirting with him and acting overly friendly. Well, at least Mick thought he was. There was a chance that Luciel was acting like he normally did and Mick was just imagining things.
Shaking his thoughts away Mick sighed. There was no chance that Luciel was actually interested in him and flirting with him. Luciel was a prince for god’s sake! He had better things to do then flirt with a servant that was many ranks below him. Besides, Luciel could probably date any girl he wanted. Their was no way he would want to be with somebody like Mick.
Glancing at the clock Mick got up and stretched. Heading out into the main castle area he grabbed a broom from the closest and began to sweep. He was going to have to get his mind out of the gutter.
