Prologue 2: Friday, June 13, 1958-One year later...

The full moon was in the night sky.
Campers were asleep in their bunks. Outside, as the night wore on, Barry Anderson, 18, and his girlfriend, Claudette Hayes, 18, were with the other campers around the warm fire; the cold weather was chilly. Camp Crystal Lake was eerie. The lake was freezing, creating a sense of evil in the nefarious sky. Barry had short, blonde hair, blue eyes, and average height; Claudette had short, blonde hair, blue eyes, and petite. She was dating Barry for a year. She sang the song on her guitar: 'Hang your head Tom Dooley! Hang your head, Tom Dooley!'. She wore the same T-shirt: it had the words: CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE. EST. 1935 on it.
They were on the second song, which was: 'Milk and sugar...Hallejullah!'. But, as the campers yawned, Claudette left with Barry to go to the old 1930's era barn. Barry opened it, and flicked on the bright light. 'Someone will see', Claudette said. They headed upstairs to the attic.
'Does Mary Ellen kiss better than I do?', she asked Barry.
'How shall I know?', Barry answered.
'Oh, you'.
They kissed each other.

Suddenly the barn door opened.
The killer headed up the stairs.
~~~
Claudette heard it.
'Someone's here', she said.
Barry waited.
'We weren't doing anything really....'.
The knife came towards him, and he fell onto the hay.
He died in a pool of blood.
Claudette grabbed the bales of hay.
'No. Please, no'.
She was screaming, as the wicked blade of the knife came towards her. And the horror of the death curse of Camp Crustal Lake on Friday the 13th, was born.
