He was crooked. The smile was nasty. His teeth were wonky and staggered like a wolves. Big bitey canines. He had his brown hair tied into a loose bun with strands of hair mixed into the sweat of his forehead from wearing a hot heavy motorbike helmet.
“The name is Damien King. Remember it. Now give me your shit,” he said spinning and stabbing the knife in his hand. It was a jagged rusty thing.
Milly and Zahra were frozen. Zahra’s eyes widened in fear and her skin was pink.
“I don’t care who you are…” Milly said, “I’m not letting you get away with this…”
“Oh? What are you going to do dog-face?” He sneered.
Milly ran at Damien, surprising him.
“No! Milly!” Zahra shouted.
Damien flinched and swiped his knife in the air and knocked Milly’s cheek, drawing blood, but soon they were both tumbling down the bank with her hands on his neck. The knife had been dropped, and it became a fist fight. Milly was kicked in the stomach by Damien.
“You little bitch,” he spat on her. Then he stood on top of her with his muddy boots..
“Don’t you dare!” Zahra said with the rusty knife in her hand. Damien’s eyes gleamed with hatred and then he smiled, “bad luck…”
Jojo appeared and hit Zahra on the back of the head. It was in one swift motion. Zahra's eyes dilated for a moment and then she fell to the ground.
“Zahra!” Milly shouted under the weight of Damien.
“Fucking great Jo! Bloody brilliant!” Damien laughed and cracked Milly’s back, and she screamed.
Jojo picked up their backpacks, phones, and wallets and then they rode away on their bikes.
It began to rain.
Milly wept and her face was full of dirt, tears, and blood. She dragged her self to Zahra and held her hand. Please…

Thank you for reading Season 2 of Mountain Queen! I will be writing Season 3 in a couple of months from now!
