My favorite song EVER is Scars by Boy Epic. The emotion in the song is so raw and relatable, and I just love blasting it at top volume whenever my family is out of the house. I love the second verse, especially when he says:306Please respect copyright.PENANABpl99GjkAw

Just a martyr on a bridge that's burning down."
It sounds kind of crazy and insane, but at the same time vulnerable and scared, like a feared villain who was never seen as anything but psychotic.
The best part is when he says "I gave it all, and all you gave was sweet misery." I find that intensely relatable as an oldest sibling who does everything, and receives what? Internal pain? Emotional bottling? Distance from her family? All of it disguised in a loving household.
And who do they blame?
Everyone but themselves.

Not me.
"When the ashes hit the ground?"
Good luck without me.
