One of my favorite songs, at the moment, is Blood on Your Hands by Veda and Adam Arcadia. The song follows two lovers in a relationship that, from my perspective, follows the lines of the enemies-to-lovers trope. The song is insanely catchy as well as well performed by the singers.
This song reminds me a lot of many of my favorite book couples and definitely applies to characters I myself have written.

"You said you’d always want me. You told me to wait for you. Now I am haunted. Our lips became liars now the liars twist the truth."

What I get out of the song is that it's about two lovers who are struggling with the toxic aspect of their relationship, almost like they want to admit that it's toxic but would still do anything for the other because no matter how wrong it is, how much it hurts, no matter how much they refuse to admit it, they still are in love with each other.

"I followed the rules for the games we've been playing, my love let you break them, my wasted fool. Danced for your fingers, the marks you left linger. I cut my own strings just to give ‘em to you."

The song gives me a Bonnie and Clyde kind of relationship vibe and basically states that 'if I go down, you go down with me.'

"I fall down for you, I really should know better babe, you'd never save me. I fall down for you, how could I know your touch would break me, we're gone crazy now. If I must die for you, I'll make sure they find you with blood on your hands, you'll join me in death. Oh baby, shoot me where I stand."

I would highly recommend this song for anyone who is reading/writing about an enemies-to-lovers/slowburn relationship.
