This monster is one that watches. It doesn't have a real body, but is only eyes that are scattered about. These eyes have the ability to teleport into water(like a bowl or something) and watch those around it. It spies on you but if you see it then the eye immediately teleports away, which eventually causes insanity. It doesn't really have any powers and it doesn't have a main food but it 'feasts' on your secrets. Anything you do could be watched at any time which causes fear and paranoia. This is basically a monster inspired by a youtube video by Exurbia so I can't fully take credit for it
