STORY:
It's said the Jigawoo was once a young man who did nothing but eat and drink all day. He was said to be the king or person in charge of a small village surrounded by forests. Though his name is unknown the man was nefarious for making massive feasts where no one but him could eat. These feasts caused the town to go low on food multiple times. To keep eating this king decided the villagers could be consumed. He thought of it as a solution to solving his hunger problem as well as food running out.
So due to his decree, the townsfolk would get together each month and choose a person for the king to eat. It was a painful process for everyone.
Sick of doing this every month the townspeople prayed to the gods above. That someone would help and save them, that someone would teach this horrible king a lesson.
One can assume these prayers were heard as the next day a man with divine beauty came to this town. The man lived with the village people in peace learning about them and the traditions of the land. The villagers grew to love the mysterious man.
Then the dreaded day of the choosing came around. But instead of villagers angrily yelling and pointing fingers the man whom had come to their village raised his hand. He said to let him go and if they did they would never have to suffer like this again. Reluctantly they let him go.
The next day a golden carriage awaited the man to take him to his fate. Townspeople cried as the carriage went up to the castle. It's said the man was bathed in spices, and salts and was put in the finest clothes to prepare him for the king.237Please respect copyright.PENANAvpZFjP0dEK
What clearly happened is unknown but commonly it's said that the man was led to the king next and the mysterious man the villagers had grown to love showed his true form as a god. He wore robes of gold and silver as divine light poured out of him. The king then did something unusual he begged and cried for forgiveness. This didn't work for the sins he had committed before. The now god before him gave him his punishment. His body was split into two of the same creatures. One half could only ever drink water and another half that would only ever survive on humans.237Please respect copyright.PENANAIwVvKaw3GZ
