"The River of Madness Gets Deeper "
Narrator: (Speaking with solemn and calmness)
As Luca sat in prison, waiting for his fate and returning to the general population, he soon got into another scuffle with another inmate, resulting in another death on Luca's hands. He then returned to his familiar cell, which had become his intimate acquaintance.
Soon, 1934 turned into 1935, and so on. It soon became 1945, and the Second World War began.
(The sounds of machine guns and Nazi fighters can be heard throughout the theater. After a small silent pause, a huge explosion can be heard, followed by another silent pause, and the Narrator resumes speaking.)
Narrator: (Speaking with solemnity and sternness)
Luca's mind started to deteriorate, and the once young man became an aged lunatic with grey hair and the lines that only time can paint on the faces of youth and vigor.
He began babbling and speaking to himself, his thoughts convoluted and warped due to the madness that plagued him. Once a young killer feared for his accuracy and silence by his colleagues, he was now just a fool babbling to himself, being led to his death via the electric chair.
(The stage lights gradually illuminate, and the curtain is raised.)
(Luca stands in front of Warden Blackwood, and Warden Theodore "Ted" Blackwood speaks firmly and calmly.)
Warden Theodore "Ted" Blackwood: "As you know, the time has come for you to face the consequences of your actions. You will be escorted to the execution chamber, where you will be seated in the electric chair. Straps will be secured around your body to ensure your restraint during the procedure. A metal cap will be placed on your head, and electrodes will be attached to various points on your body. When the executioner activates the electric current, you will experience a series of jolts that will lead to your passing. Do you have any final words before we proceed?"
(Luca is placed in the electric chair.)
Luca: (Laughing insanely)
(The Warden signals the executioner, who hits the switch.)
(The switch can be heard, followed by a loud buzzing and flickering lights. Luca screams, and after a slight pause, the switch can be heard again, accompanied by a loud buzzing and flickering lights. Luca sits silently, and his body is smoking.)
(The Curtain closes and the theater darkens)
(A few minutes of silence before the Narrator speaks again.)
Narrator: (Calmly and solemnly)
As seconds seem like hours, Luca gave up the ghost as his soul went to his final resting place.
(A blasting sound of fire with a loud roaring can be heard throughout the theater, and a loud demonic voice can be heard laughing and saying, "Luca, diu te exspectavimus.")
