He heard voices slowly getting louder as he woke up. “What….?” He murmured as he heard something that sounded like his name. “Wooyoung!” said 7 different voices. Wooyoung’s eyes fluttered open, and he realized he was in a hospital bed. “Uhm… what happened?” said Wooyoung. “You passed out in the practice room,” said Seonghwa. “You scared us all to death!”
“And back again,” added Jongho. “I almost lost it.”
“Actually, he DID lose it,” said San. “He screamed.”
Wooyoung bit his lip, trying to fight back tears. He wished that he hadn’t caused them all this trouble, and he wondered if he should kill himself, they would probably be better off without him anyways. It wasn’t until he heard them gasp that he realized he’d said it out loud. “Wooyoung, no!” San said, pushing past the other members and wrapping his arms around Wooyoung. “You’re not dying on my watch.” Wooyoung buried his head in San’s arms and let himself cry. The other members hugged him too, until he couldn’t even see the bright hospital lights above him. He cried so hard his whole body shook, letting everything out that he’d bottled up over the past few months. “S-sorry,” he mumbled as he finally pulled away.
“Wooyoung, don’t be sorry,” said Yunho. He squeezed Wooyoung’s shoulder. “By the looks of it, you needed that.” Wooyoung looked away. He knew they would want an explanation of what excites has happened and made him act like that. “Wooyoung…” said Hongjoong, right on cue. “I get a feeling that it’ll be better if you tell us everything.” Wooyoung started crying again, until someone picked up his hand. Surprisingly, it was Jongho. “Go on, hyung,” he said. “It’s ok. And we’ll love you no matter what.”
