Wooyoung took a deep breath. He tried to say something, but he sputtered and couldn’t get anything out. He noticed the other members looking at him concernedly. “Crap,” he muttered.
“Wooyoung, we know that it’s hard to talk about, well, whatever you’re going to talk about. But it’ll help you. Trust me,” said Yeosang.
It took him a few tries, but Wooyoung finally shoved out the whole story. The other members didn’t interrupt even once as he explained how he met Ji-woo, and how they started dating, and then how it had lowered his mental and physical health until he’d stopped eating and sleeping, and then how that had led him to collapse in the training room. After he was done, he paused for a second and then looked at the other members, nervous. He looked at their faces. They all looked serious. He felt tears welling up in his eyes again. “I’m in trouble, aren’t I?”
“No, no, no,” said Hongjoong, crouching next to Wooyoung’s bed. Wooyoung felt more tears fall down his face. “Oh, you idiot hyung,” mumbled Hongjoong, wrapping his arms around him. When Wooyoung thought back on that moment, he realized how odd it was for Hongjoong to hug him like that, because Hongjoong was one of the least touchy-feely members. But at the moment, it had felt completely normal.
As Wooyoung cried, he felt more tears falling down his face, but they weren’t his.
They were Hongjoong’s.
