He can't tell about the eyes because his hair almost covered them but still he can feel their sharpness. That pointed nose along with the well-defined jaw, and mouth pressed in a thin line gives the aura of a rude person. Oh, wait he resembled someone... Levi?? Levi Ackerman. Not him being a fan of AOT and finding the resemblance of characters in real life.
In a quick minute, he took a note of the next person. Sure enough, he was not looking so friendly.

True to his word Iris Jason never intervened in any matter UNTIL the end of the first Month. They didn't interact much also they had different subjects. By the time Jay returned from college Iris had left for his part-time job.

They were like neighbors who despised the mere shadow of each other. Probably this Cold War continued until the one-day fine morning of Feb Iris Jason didn't wake up for his classes and Jay Wilson didn't give it a thought that his roommate who always departed for his class even before jay woke up why was still in the bed after all they had a silent contract NOT TO INTERFAIR IN EACH OTHER MATTERS.

When he returned and saw his roommate was still in bed a wave of worrisome hit him. Was he dead? Whatever their dispute was he was still a young man who Don't deserve to die like this. Jay thought and next moment scolded himself for thinking stupidly.

Jay quietly checked on him and found out other was burning in a high fever. He left the room to look for a nurse who gave him medicine for cold and fever and also instructed him to put a wet cold cloth on the patient's head from time to time.
Before medicine, he had to fill the empty stomach of other according to the medical instructor. And that was a hella difficult task. Jay Wilson didn't get admission for this, but he had decided to save the life of his roommate which wasn't necessary though...

He could just let die other in fever then peacefully can have the whole room again, but he calmed his inner demons and fed his roommate some light oatmeal.
His whole night went applying the wet cold bandages on Iris's head because his fever wasn't coming down, stubborn just like him.

The next morning he awoke and witnessed an empty bed next to him. Last night he slept around 3 pm and now he had missed his first lecture, about the bastard whom he took care of the whole night, was nowhere to be seen meant he flew without even saying thanks.

After that day the ice between them started to melt slowly, from saying hi to each other to asking about how the day went sharing thoughts on their subjects.
Jay was doing law and administration according to his father's wish and Iris chose medical because he wanted and it was his dream.
At the start of a new semester, things changed jay now felt at ease around a particular human. they talked about random things from college to the current situation of the country about how corruption and other crimes were increasing.
During this, he came to know about Iris's personality that person looked rude and arrogant at first but when you get close to him he was different had a bright personality, shared jokes in tense situations and make you feel comfortable around him.
But his most terrible habit was that he didn't listen to anyone once he made up his mind. And jay had already experienced his stubborn side.
Jay remembered exactly two months ago when he was talking about his insecurities and phobia he was suffering, he told Iris that he had social anxiety and acrophobia.
But oh man that was probably his biggest mistake.
