She is actually 32, her father was devil/demon (whatever you want to go with) and her mother a fallen angel hints the devil horns and fallen angel wings. She’s also a powerful enchantress who cast the spell to make her look youthful. She was once in love with a human who later broke her horn off to use for research purposes. This said human broke her heart resulting in her hatred of mankind. She ended up killing him 3 years later in a fit of rage when she found out he had married a woman who was carrying his child. Her horns are a source of magic and when broken they give her magical abilities to make up for the loss of demonic powers the horn had given her.
