I opened my eyes, and looked at the clock that sat on my bedside table. It read 10:03. That would explain why it was so bright outside. I sat up and stretched, then stood. Just like any other day, I took a shower, and got dressed, then went downstairs for breakfast/lunch. My mom was already at work, but she left a note sitting right next to a box of cereal. I hate cereal. So instead, I opened the fridge, only to find no breakfast food at all. So I went to the pantry. I found one pop tart package, and some chocolate-hazelnut spread. So I put the pop tart into the toaster, and looked down at my buzzing phone. It was from a number I didn't recognize, but I decided to read the text anyway.
Hello. I am your worst nightmare. And this text is cursed. Unless you forward it to exactly 13 people. If you fail to do this, you will have the worst luck you have ever had, or will have, and you can do nothing to stop it.869Please respect copyright.PENANA7T0e3YeGhR

I stared at it for a few seconds, and said to myself, "Oh, come on. You really think I'm going to believe those superstitions? Not gonna happen. Besides, I don't even have 13 contacts." I turned off my phone, and put it on the table. Then, the toaster started smoking, and the pop tart, burned to a crisp, went flying, hit the ceiling, and landed on the floor.
"Thats just great. Cereal it is." I said to myself with a sigh.
