"Mom!" A shriek echoed through the night. A scream cub. The dark forest. 

"Mom!!!" He wailed again. "No momma, please!" 

He carefully recalled her last words- Run... Never stop running- don't let them catch you... Then she had died, and pour little downpour was all alone...
