Izuku ran off to school. He ran into Kiri. "Midobro, Slow down!" Izuku stopped and turned to him. "Sorry! I can't be late tho!" He ran off again before Kiri could say anything. Once he got to school, he went to his locker and put his things away, shut the locker door, and then went to class. "Sorry Sensei, That I came late! It won't happen again." Aizawa nodded. Izuku sat down in his seat and looked at Bakugou. "Why were you late, Deku?" Bakugou whispered to Izuku. Izuku whispered back to him. "Slept in accidentally." Bakugou laughed. Aizawa turned to him. "Bakugou, You got something you want to share with the class?" Bakugou got quiet. "No, Sensei. I don't." Aizawa nodded and started speaking again. Izuku smiled at Bakugou. "lucky you." Bakugou shook his head and paid attention to the lesson. After class, they headed out. "OI! Deku, Wait up!" Izuku kept running. "Haha! Never!" Bakugou chased him. Kiri stopped Bakugou. "Meeting." Bakugou laughed. "Tell raccoon eyes I'll be late! Deku, get back here!" He chased after Deku. Kiri shook his head. In the gaming room, Mina, Denki, and Sero were waiting on Kiri and Bakugou. "Ugh, Where are they?" Mina said to herself. Kiri just walked through the door. "Sorry, Mina. Bakubro said he'll be late." Mina looked at Kiri and sighed. "Oh. Well, let's start." They talked. With Bakugou and Izuku. Izuku stopped at the cafe to get some water. Lucky for him, His friend Alex was there. "Hey, Alex!" Alex came over to him. "Hey, Zuku! What brings you here?" Izuku smiled. "A cold cup of water, please." Alex smiled back at him. "Comming right up!" He went to the back and started getting it ready. Izuku stood up and went over to a different table. "Hey, Zane. Can I ask you something?" Zane looked up from his phone, a little bit annoyed, but smiled a bit. "Yeah, sure. What is it, Izuku Midoriya?" Izuku frowned at him. "First, I told you to call me by my first name. Anyways, When will you play me at your best game?" Zane laughed. He dropped his phone, looked around, and then smiled at Izuku. "Never." Izuku sighed and stood up. He walked away as Alex came with his drink. "There you go, Izuku. Nice and cold." Izuku took a sip from it and then smiled. "Thank you, Alex. You're a lifesaver." Alex chuckled at that and then sat with Izuku. "You know, A skateboard competition is starting in two weeks. I'm going to take part." Izuku almost spilled his drink. "You skateboard?! Since when and why have you never told me?" Alex smiled. "It's only a little thing. I have to keep this shop up and running, so it doesn't matter." Izuku shook his head. "Can you show me your skills?" Alex became a little nervous. "I guess after I close up shop, which is in 2 hours, I can show you." Izuku nodded and finished up his water. "Ok. I'll see you then." Alex nodded. Izuku stood and headed to leave when he stopped. "Oh, Alex, wait!" Alex turned to him. "Yes?" Izuku pulled out two hundred-dollar bills and gave them to him. "That's for you." Alex was shocked. "I-I can't take these." Izuku chuckled softly and shook his head. He walked to the door, opened it, and then stopped. He called over his shoulder. "Take them. I have never seen anyone work harder than you. You deserve them." Alex slipped them into his pocket. "Thank you, Izuku."
