The Jet landed in a secluded forest in Thai country. The population of vampires was highest in the country, higher than even the humans who lived in blissful ignorance of what was actually going on in the country.
Elric did not plan to just attack any vampire they came across, he was heading to their main base.
The GUANGCHANGS were the richest and most prominent family in the Thai country. They controlled everything and ruled the business world, they were also the leading family in all of the vampire clans.
They owned a very large estate where they built different houses, both small and big and basically had themselves a small village of vampires.
They were Elric's target, his plan was to eliminate the biggest and strongest clan, that way destroying the rest of the clans would be a piece of cake.
After walking for a while, they finally got to the estate. The walls around it were massive and very solid and also impenetrable, but Elric was determined and there was nothing impossible for him at this moment.
He was emotionless and he no longer felt alive, there was no point of playing hide and seek. He turned and headed for the front gate, there were four male vampires guarding the gate.
"Shall we attack?" One of the men in his pack asked.
"No, you will only waste time. Stay back, I'll attack them."
He charged at them with so much speed, his fast movement caused the wind to whistle through his hair. His speed and strength gave him an advantage because in just a matter of seconds, he and his men walked over their dead bodies and entered through the gate into the estate.
Elric's razor sharp and unfeeling gaze was locked on the mansion standing majestically tall in the center, making other houses look inferior.
"Alpha E?"
Elric did not remove his gaze that was locked on the mansion but his attention shifted to Brett.
"The Deltas should attack the left side, the Zeta's should lead the Epsilon and attack the right side. Brett, you will follow me."
With that, they all separated and spreaded out, the sounds of swords slashing, bone breaking and screams of agony filled the night.
The moon shone brighter and redder like it was feasting and basking on the bloods that were now being shed.
Brett noticed something strange about Elric, he looked the same but something was definitely different. He was still the same terrifying Alpha that just killed four vampires without getting even a single scratch on his body, just that the cold aura around him had decreased drastically and the way he was easily getting rid of the vampires trying to get in his way without removing his gaze that had been locked on the mansion since they walked in.
Something was definitely wrong!
But what was wrong? What was going through the mind of this man?
Brett let out a frustrated sigh as he smashed the head of a vampire against the wall.
Elric suddenly stopped, which startled Brett. Elric finally tore his gaze away from the mansion and staggered backwards as he clutched his chest with his hands like he was in immense pain.
"Alpha E?"
Brett rushed towards him and held onto him.
"Brett," his voice came out hoarse and low. For the first time in a long time, Brett saw an emotion he hadn't seen in Elric's face. "I..I.. don't know.. what's happening to me?"
Brett's mouth dropped in disbelief, he was dumbfounded. It was just too much for him to take, this man actually has a new emotion showing on his face and in his eyes and he is really asking him a question that is not related to business?
Brett jubilated inside his heart but he managed to hide his happiness and maintain a calm face.
"What do you mean Alpha E? did the vampires poison you? or cast a spell on you?"
Elric closed his eyes and stayed that way for a minute. He didn't understand what was wrong with him. Why was his heart beating so fast? Why was he feeling butterflies at the pit of his stomach? Why was he feeling so nervous? Yes, maybe the vampires did poison him or cast a spell on him.
'Stupid blood suckers!'
His jaw tightened in displeasure as he finally composed himself. His eyes flipped open and the hatred and coldness returned, the yellow slowly found its way back to his eyes. His inner wolf wanted to be let loose but he controlled it as it was not yet time, his nails grew longer and his canines grew with them.
He shoved Brett's hands away from his shoulders and straightened himself. He looked around to see how his men were doing and a satisfied smirk appeared on his face. The intense training he had given his men all those years was finally paying off. Once again his gaze locked on the mansion and he leaped towards the building in full force.
Brett stood up from the floor Elric had pushed him on. A scowl appeared on his face as he slowly clapped his palms together in a bid to remove the dirt on them. His eyes not leaving Elric, he leaped towards him.
"You have to calm down, I think you are acting rather rashly Alpha E."
Brett reasoned as he landed beside Elric.
"Something or someone is pulling me in here, I don't know but I must find out!"
"What if it's a trap? We don't know the extent these bloodsuckers would go to save themselves."
"A trap?" Elric raised his hands to his face level and stared at them. "My hands are shaking Brett and it's not from excitement. This feeling is foreign to me and I must find the source of it."
"Then it definitely is a trap, these vampires are so cunning and they could even be inside right now conniving with a witch or maybe they even have their own vampire witch."
"Vampire witch? That is not possible Brett, stop spewing nonsense."
Elric squeezed his shaking hands in a fist as he dropped it by his sides.
"I...ow.." Elric closed his mouth shut as he tried to suppress an howl. He suddenly felt like a sixteen year old that was still trying to master and gain control of his inner wolf.
Brett's eyes widened in shock, did the almighty Alpha E just howl? Out of the blue? This was definitely something!
"Did you just?"
Brett was shaking uncontrollably from holding the laugh that was threatening to escape from his mouth, this was just too good to be true. The always well coordinated, always in check and full control Alpha E was finally no longer that perfect?
"You see what I am talking about, something is wrong and I must find out!"
He ignored Brett and climbed up just a single step when the door of the mansion suddenly swung open and a tiny figure with a leg stretched out came flying towards him in a kick.
