This was most prominent in the capital, but even in smaller towns and settlements, magic was still a prevalent energy source.

She was physically fine, but ether reserves had gotten to 20% or so and she wanted to save it for a potential emergency.

Then, he stands on his hind legs and starts to grow smaller and his fur retracts itself into his skin transforming him into a human man. He waves at her before changing back into his deer form.
